Beatties Quality Furniture will deliver your furniture for free to Woolgoolga in the north, Port Macquarie in the south, Dorrigo in the west and all regions in between, including Coffs Harbour Region, Urunga, Macksville, Kempsey, South West Rocks and Bellingen. Delivery outside our free delivery area is also available. Our experienced delivery team will arrange your new and old furniture as needed and will even take away your old furniture. You'll have no flat-pack assembly or delivery frustrations when shopping with Beatties Quality Furniture.

Terms and Conditions
General
Please choose carefully as Beatties Quality Furniture will not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you have changed your mind or the products did not meet your expectations. Unless Products are faulty (and subject to applicable laws), we are unable to refund or exchange.
It is your responsibility to check your Sales Order to ensure that all details are correct; this must include model, size, colour, price, quantity and any other special requirements. Beatties Quality Furniture reserve the right to charge an administration fee equal to 30% of the total order value for cancellation of an order. Please note that after the supply of your furniture, Beatties Quality Furniture will not refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong selection.
Our products are sold for domestic use only unless otherwise stated. Beatties Quality Furniture will not be liable to provide any refund, returns or exchange where you or other third parties have caused or contributed directly or indirectly to any damage to the products whilst they were in your possession or control.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible. The remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to be enforceable and valid. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State or Territory in Australia where the products are purchased.
Beatties aims to ensure that the information about our products we provide on our website is accurate and complete, however there may be errors. If you have specific enquiries in relation to a product, please call or visit us in store.
Various factors beyond our control can impact the manufacture and shipping of furniture around the world. Our custom orders may be delayed from both our Australian and overseas manufacturers for many reasons such as factory lockdowns, availability of parts for manufacture, the world-wide shipping container and vessel shortage, trouble in shipping routes and delays at Australian and international ports. Please be assured when quoting Lead times, Beatties does so based on the shipping and manufacturing situation at the time of ordering and it is never our intention to mislead our customers. We do apologise for the inconvenience and the frustration that may be caused when there are delays.
Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. If there is a minor failure with a product, you are also entitled, at the election of Beatties Quality Furniture and the manufacturer, to have the product repaired or replaced.
We recommend you use a good quality mattress protector to ensure your mattress is protected from spills and stains. Failure to keep your mattress clean and free from stains may void your guarantee, as it poses a health and safety risk to our team in the unlikely event your mattress needs to be returned for inspection or repairs. Once a mattress has been delivered we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Special Orders will incur an administration charge of 30% of the cancelled order. Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, an order for products which are made to individual customer specifications and/or which have to be ordered specifically for a customer cannot be returned after delivery if the customer changes their mind or made an incorrect choice.

Floor stock Specials
Floor stock specials are sold at a reduced price and are not available with any other offer or promotion. Products sold as floor stock specials that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customers attention before the purchase of the products have limited guarantees in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty and Consumer Guarantees apply in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Product Variation
Natural timber and marble is beautiful, unique and varied. Timber products are sold with the understanding that each piece will be unique with a variation of colour, knots and gum veins. Dye lot variation can occur on upholstered goods, Beatties Quality Furniture cannot guarantee that the upholstered goods will exactly match the sample swatch. Our upholstered furniture are all handmade and finished, the dimensions given may have some small variations in the actual items delivered.
Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of placing the order. Full payment must be received by cleared funds into Beatties Quality Furniture’s bank account before delivery. Payment can be arranged by bank transfer (EFT), credit or debit card or cash. At the time that you place your order and pay the deposit for that order, we will issue you with a document that specifies the details of your order. This becomes a proof of purchase after we receive your full payment.
